Thank for using Yodlee MoneyCenter. In an effort to give you the highest level of service possible, this email gives detailed instructions for submitting a service request to the Yodlee Customer Service Team for an issue you are having with the web site. Yodlee does not maintain a direct customer service phone number, but all customer service requests submitted through the following process will receive a prompt response.

When you are logged into your Yodlee Moneycenter account, click on "Submit Service Request" at the top of the page.

Choose the product you are using or "General Questions" if the request is not related to a specific product. Then click "Go"

Select the feature of the product that you would like to submit a service request on from the "Service Request Subtype" menu and click "Go." Next select the account that is associated with your problem, if there is no specific account then selecting any account will be fine. Describe the problem you are having or your questions and click on "Submit Service Request."

You will see a confirmation of your service request with a confirmation number. Any follow up to your service request will be emailed to you and you can track the progress through the "Yodlee Customer Care" tab at the top of the screen.
