Pricing
For a standard implementation, all API products include an annual program fee and usage costs based on volume. The Aggregation SDK can be based on a per user per month fee structure or per account per month depending on your use case and the Instant AccountVerification product is based on a per verification cost.

Implementation
Once an agreement has been signed, you have access to a product ready environment within two weeks. In order to integrate with the APIs your development team should have experience with web services. In addition to the documentation and sample code, your team will have access to a developer forum, monitored by our technical consulting team, to answer any questions encountered during integration.

Support
All service requests are submitted and tracked through the Yodlee CustomerCare tool. Your requests are monitored 24x7 and you will be able to see the status of any service requests through the tool.
