Implementation and Support

Upon contract completion, companies will have access to stage and production environments within two weeks. In order to integrate with the APIs, your development team should have experience with SOAP web services. In addition to the documentation and sample code, your team will have access to a developer forum monitored by our technical consulting team to answer any questions encountered during integration. Access is also given to Yodlee’s 24/7 Customer Care team through the Yodlee CustomerCare tool where service requests are submitted and tracked. Additionally, monthly and daily reports are provided through Yodlee’s Open Reports portal.
