SXSW Interactive 2015: How APIs are Driving Innovation in SMB Solutions

Are you attending SXSW Interactive Festival 2015? We’re excited to submit our panel session: How APIs Are Driving Innovation in SMB Solutions featuring experts from Yodlee, Kabbage and Concur. Below is a description of what you can look forward to in our panel. Small businesses drive almost 50 percent of US private-sector employment and contend with many of the same issues as big businesses, with far fewer resources. Operating in competitive markets with razor thin margins, many are struggling with a host of financial tasks, including managing cash-flow, collecting accounts receivables, forecasting future funds, managing business travel and expenses, and better access to capital. Due to gaps in current small business banking solutions, non-banking technology providers are answering the call with services like SMB lending, online and mobile payments, electronic invoicing and payments, cash flow forecasting, travel and expense management, and account aggregation. In this panel, we plan to discuss the tremendous opportunity in small business app development featuring Greg Weddell, Small Business Practice Manager at Yodlee, Andrew Badstubner, CTO at Kabbage and John Dietz, VP of Platform Marketing at Concur. SXSW Panelpicker is now live until September 5th, 2014 for public voting. Please support our panel by creating a PanelPicker account, searching for our panel topic: How APIs are Driving Innovation in SMB Solutions, casting your "thumbs up" vote and encouraging your networks to support!
