Disrupt SF Hackathon: How to Build FinApps with Yodlee Interactive API

On September 6-7th, 2014, our team at Yodlee Interactive is excited to participate in the TechCrunch Disrupt Hackathon in San Francisco! It’s an incredible all-weekend event that kicks off TechCrunch Disrupt Conference at Pier 48. Talented hackers will have approximately 24-hours to build a working concept from idea to fruition on stage. The action-packed event includes a Hacking Kickoff, API workshops, demo presentations, final awards and of course – free food and beverages to keep hackers energized throughout the night! While every team presents their concept to a panel of expert judges and audience members, winners get the chance to present their product on the Disrupt stage. During Startup Battlefield, 15 selected companies pitch their products on the Disrupt stage in front of expert judges, press, live audience of thousands and an online audience of millions. After six companies are selected for a final round, one lucky Battlefield contender will receive $50,000 and the coveted Disrupt Cup.

We’re thrilled to support this fantastic event – where hundreds of coders and developers come together to form teams and build amazing products! Developers can use Yodlee Aggregation API to develop wide variety of application ranging from small apps used daily by individual users to a full fledge PFM applications which financial institutions all over the world host to their customers. Our Aggregation API provides permission-based, bank-level security to access bank, credit card, investment, loan, rewards and billing accounts. It’s used by over 2,200 registered developers – from small startups to tech giants like Google, Amazon and PayPal.
